Questions should reach a working destination.
Keep the question attached to the right context.
A public email draft is useful for launch questions. It is not a substitute for an authenticated workspace, a support record or a verified security channel.
- 01 / Public launch question
- Ask about the product, the launch or joining the available registration route. The public address opens a draft only.
- 02 / Invited tester
- Use authenticated Support from the enabled workspace for product-specific evidence or account-context questions.
- 03 / Security or privacy
- Use the public Privacy route for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. No Ekvidu account is required; do not send credentials, provider keys, raw prompts or raw provider evidence through the public route.Read privacy and data-rights details
An email draft is not a support system.
Choosing the public address opens your mail application with a draft. This page does not send the message, verify delivery, promise a response time or grant beta access.
Use the public Privacy route for access, correction, deletion or privacy requests; no Ekvidu account is required. Invited tester account-context requests should use authenticated Support once an enabled workspace is available.
Start with a clear question.
For general launch questions, open the draft to beta@ekvidu.com. For the product method, inspect the fictional report before any live collection is connected.
