Draft principles for using Ekvidu responsibly.

These notes describe the intended service boundary while the product is in private development. They are not final terms, legal advice or an offer to sell a service.

Keep the promise smaller than the evidence.

These principles set a safe boundary for a private product build. Each stage says what a future customer or operator must still review.

01
Authorisation
Use only websites, brands, prompts, competitors and connected data that the customer is authorised to configure.
02
Evidence
Keep the declared conditions, observed answer, source, status and uncertainty together before acting.
03
No guarantee
Separate a measured observation from indexing, inclusion, mention, citation, ranking, traffic, conversion or revenue.
04
Commercial gate
Leave plan, payment, tax, cancellation, support, liability and intellectual-property terms open until approved.
05
Human review
Treat provider recommendations as evidence to inspect, not an instruction or a substitute for customer judgment.

Read responsible use beside the terms still undecided.

Expand each chapter to see the intended boundary. None of these notes creates a subscription, licence or service commitment.

Authorised, lawful use

A future customer must be authorised to configure the website, brand, prompts, competitors and connected data it provides. The service must not be used to probe private systems, evade provider terms, upload unlawful material or interfere with another tenant.

Evidence, not a guarantee

Results describe observations under declared conditions. Ekvidu cannot guarantee indexing, inclusion, mention, citation, ranking, traffic, conversion, revenue or a specific effect from remediation. Provider and model behavior can change independently.

Commercial terms still open

Plan entitlements, payment, tax, renewal, cancellation, deletion, refunds, support, suspension, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability and dispute terms remain owner/legal decisions. No public checkout or paid contract is offered by this page.

A useful boundary before a commercial offer exists.

Authorisation: See what an authorised evidence service is intended to do before relying on it.
Evidence: Understand that provider observations and recommendations require human review.
Open terms: Know which commercial, support, cancellation and liability terms have not been approved.

Draft principles. No unapproved offer.

The final terms will be reviewed and accepted before a commercial launch. Until then, this page is informational only.

Ekvidu is operated by Aleksander Celewicz under the Auvoris name, not by a registered Auvoris limited company. No company number, registered office or VAT registration is claimed. Paid-service terms are not yet offered.
These draft principles do not create a subscription, licence, service commitment or design-partner admission.
Final terms must be reviewed and accepted before commercial launch and may differ materially from this page.
